Apa yang saya makan hari ini? Jom semak Net Carbs nya

chicken soup with dumplings - 10 g
thymes - 0.2 g
chili powder - 0.6 g
pistachio - 3.6 g
lemon juice - 3.6 g
full cream milk - 11.8 g

total carbs - 33.2 g

damn! i took over 3g today. shucks! damn! what should i doooooo?!!!!
